Dear LRHS Band Family,
Our Band Banquet will be Friday, May 18th from 6:00pm – 11:30pm at the Pioneer Events Center. The address is 1025 W. Pioneer Parkway, Grand Prairie, Tx 75051.
We need the following volunteer positions : (points will go towards the 2018-2019 school year)
3 Door Monitors per shift
2 Bathroom Monitors per shift (one male & one female)
4 Floor Monitors during dance portion
1 T-shirt table monitor during dance portion
The shifts are from 5:45pm – 8:45pm AND from 8:45pm – 11:45pm.
In addition, if you are volunteering and want to eat the meal, you must purchase at ticket. If you are volunteering and are not wanting to eat the meal, you do not need to purchase a ticket.

If this is you first time to volunteer, please complete the MISD Volunteer Background check at https://www.mansfieldisd.org/page.cfm?p=6001. This must be completed before you will be able to volunteer.
