Place: Coppell High School, 185 W Parkway Blvd. Coppell, TX 75019
9 am – Arrive at Lake Ridge Band Hall
White team needs to come and get show ready before departing the school. Green team comes in jeans, show shirt and jacket.
10 am – Depart (45 min drive)
11 am – Arrive at contest site, unload everything and go to check in
11:06 am – White team official check in time
White team will continue to get ready and green team prepares to help fold the floor.
11:35 am – White team body warm up
11:49 am – White team equipment warm up
12:06 am – White team performance time
We will load all white team equipment and props back on the truck. White team and green team will go to the stands for retreat.
1 pm – White team retreat
After retreat white team changes out into jeans, show shirt and jacket. Everyone will go get lunch and watch shows.
3:30 pm – Green team needs to start getting ready for show.
4:20 pm – Green team show ready and line up to move to body.
4:32 pm – Green team body warm up
4:47 pm – Green team equipment warm up
5:05 pm – Green team performance
Green team will load equipment and props onto truck. Everyone will head to the stands for retreat.
6:15 pm – Green team retreat
After retreat will change and head to the buses.
7:30 pm – Depart from contest site
8:30 pm – Arrive at Lake Ridge and unload everything
