Newsome Stadium Rehearsal 5:30-8:30
Hello Band Families. We are in need of some volunteers for our stadium rehearsal on September 20 from 5:30-8:30 at Newsome Stadium. We need truckloaders and unloaders available to help load the trucks at 3:30 and unload at Newsome at 4:20. Percussion and Sousa students will help unload but we will need adult volunteers. We will need equipment helpers :as well as a couple of nurses. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Christi McInnis at 817-266-8237.-
